GEL WHITENING PROCESS

1.  Throughly clean your teeth, then take a tube of whitening gel and insert the pointed applicator at the end of the syringe
Squeeze a small amount of gel onto the  tooth area of both the upper and lower  moulds, making sure all teeth are covered. Do not squeeze gel too close to the gum line of the mould

2. Carefully place the moulds  onto the teeth and wipe off any excess gel from the gums

4. Sit back and relax and wait for the gel to do its job.  Do not drink, eat or smoke and make sure the moulds are kept firmly in place
For the first application  wait 30-45 mins ( depending on the strength of the gel - this will be advised )

5. There will a slight sensation of burning or tingling on the gums / teeth and this is normal. Over time the gums will get used to this.  If the burning or tingling sensation is too uncomfortable, remove the moulds and try again in a few days time

6. Initially the whitening process can be completed weekly until the desired tooth shade is reached, and then maintained every 2-3 months
