YOUR TEETH WHITENING
THE MOULDING PROCESS
1. Prepare two bowls of water, one cold, and one filled with boiling water
2. Let the boiling water cool for 2 minutes, then hold the mould by the handle and place into the boiling water for around 20 seconds. You should see the mould begin to curl at the edges
2. Carefully remove the mould from the water, making sure the curled edges do not touch each other and Insert into your upper mouth. Bite down on the mouth guard firmly but not too forcefully. Use your fingers to press the mouth guard against your teeth and gums, press hard to make the impression of your teeth into the soft mould. Use your tongue to shape the front and sides of the mouth guard around your teeth and gums. This process will take around 30 secs to 1 minute
3. Remove the mould and place immediately into the cold bowl of water to set.
4. Repeat the process with your lower half, so you have two moulds, one for the upper teeth and one for the lower teeth
